This product has been designed to meet the needs of breeder and young horses. The nutritional qualities are also suitable for use when returning light weight horses back into condition. It contains a high level of high quality protein which is required for the development of muscle, especially in young growing horses. It also helps in the production of milk in lactating mares.

Horse Grower and Weaning Pellets are a concentrated pellet which needs to be fed in conjunction with good quality roughage, pasture, chaff and hay. The improve condition or fatten a light weight horse, oats can also be fed with AV Total.
This feed should be hand fed. It is important to ensure good quality, clean water is always available and that troughs are cleaned daily. The following feeding rates will provide adequate daily vitamins and minerals for growth and lactation.
